Provider namespaces

Approved wallet providers can operate a namespace such as .redotpay and register names like alice.redotpay.

What Rezva stores

• Namespace slug, status, description, and registration policy
• Names, payment destinations, authorization references, and status history
• Aggregate usage metrics, never provider customer records

Provider workflow

1. Apply from the provider dashboard.
2. Wait for operator approval.
3. Submit a namespace and wait for its activation.
4. Check label availability, then register and manage names.
5. Resolve names through the normal provider-authorized resolver.
